LOCATION: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO (Position): Deputy General Manager, Division II

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The overall purpose of the job is to make sure that marketing strategies of different units are implemented to the fullest extent possible, sales targets are met, sales network is developed per the company strategy and price is realized.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assist the company to identify and develop Mongolia market
? Develop territorial marketing plan
? Achieve territorial sales goal
? Develop dealer marketing capability
? Support dealer’s daily sales operation and manage dealer performance
? Promote John Deere brand, influence and products in Mongolia
? Improve customer satisfaction with John Deere products and service
? Manage the company asset and ensure the asset safe
? Assist the company to develop and maintain good government relationship
? Capture the market and competitor’s information and keep the company updated timely
? Other duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
? 3 years college education is minimum with at least 2 years sales working experience is required
? Agriculture machine background is required
? Farm knowledge is plus
? Good communication skills with different people with different culture is required
? Good computer skill is required
? Good Mongolian and English writing and speaking skill is required
? Capability of frequent travel in the country and overseas is required
? Driver license and good driving skill is required
? International trading experience is plus
? Dealer management skill is a plus
? Good teamwork is required
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Working at home office is required
