Position Purpose
Provide support of OgilvyOne China, for Data Management, Data Processing, E-mail Marketing services. Working closely with the data analyst, data management specialist, technology developers, project managers and account servicing teams. Provide support of offline, online and combined marketing campaign or tactics.
服务于北京奥美顾客关系行销，提供数据管理、数据处理以及E-mail 行销服务。协助数据分析员、数据管理专员、技术开发人员、项目经理以及客户服务人员工作。协助线上、线下或整合的市场活动或策略的完成。
Reporting Purpose
• Reports to Data Consulting Director and Data Services Manager
报告于数据咨询总监和数据服务经理
• Works closely with primarily Data Services Manager, Data Operation Manager / Data Analytical Manager
紧密协助数据服务经理、数据运营经理和数据分析经理的工作
• Works secondary with Technology Team, Producer, Traffic and Account Servicing Teams
于奥美技术、Producer, Traffic 和客户服务部进行合作
Responsibilities
• Campaign Data and Consumer Data Management and Processing
活动数据和消费者数据管理。
• Standard Reporting
标准化报告。
• Web Traffic Tracking and Reporting
网站流量跟踪和报告。
• E-mail Marketing project execution and Optimization
电子邮件营销项目执行和优化。
• E-mail Marketing system management and maintenance
电子邮件营销系统的管理和维护。
• Ensure that Data Driven projects are delivered on time as per agreed schedule with project (PM & account servicing) team

• Feedback of any system faults and issues to management

• Support of marketing analysis for data management, data re-formatting and data optimization
协助其它部门进行数据重整、优化。
• Support of offline, online and combined marketing campaign or tactics

Requirements
• Confident in SQL, HTML programming, experience in using SQL Server
可熟练编写SQL，熟悉SQL Server 的开发和应用。
• Understand SMTP & POP
了解 SMTP & POP 协议。
• Familiar with Macromedia Dreamweaver or other HTML development tools
熟悉 Macromedia Dreamweaver 或其他HTML开发工具。
• Confident in using MS Access, MS Excel
能够熟练使用MS Access 和 MS Excel
• Understand basic analytical knowledge
• 了解分析统计的基本知识
• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills & strong co-ordination skills
良好的人际关系、组织能力和团队协作能力。
• High attention to details
注重细节。
• Highly motivated, self-starter and able to work under pressure
具备责任心和敬业精神，工作具主动性，具备承受压力的素质。
• Excellent communication, good in writing & speaking English and Chinese
善于交流，英文良好（对话和写作）。
• Experiences with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Brio, BO ext as an end-user is advantage
具备报表工具如Crystal Reports, Brio, BO的应用经验者优先考虑。
• Experience with Webtrends, Surfaid, Hitbox, Click stream or other website tracking tools would be an advantage
具备WebTrends, SufAid, Hitbox, Click Stream 或其他网站分析工具的应用经验者优先。
